Agreement between Paula Bright, and (artist/management):
I, ____________________________________, give Paula Bright and Miz
B's Porch Radio permission to display any promotional pictures, descriptions
or text I provide, and to use my music on her radio shows with no
fees involved.
I also give Paula Bright and Miz B's Porch Radio permission to post
information on the Miz B's Porch/ web sites pertaining to my career,
as well as play cuts from my CD for promotional use, or to record
shows containing my music to be distributed for promotional use.
I exclude Paula Bright and Miz B's Porch Radio from
any fees from any collection society that is collecting on
our behalf of my music, such as ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, and others
not listed here.
This Agreement is ongoing and if you desire to terminate this
Agreement it may be cancelled by email, U.S. Postal Mail,
a phone call, or face to face with
no hard feelings on the part of Miz B, unless you leave wherever
we meet without paying your part of the beer bill. <joke! joke!>
